Welcome to Lumina AI Wallpapers ("we", "our", or "the App"), developed and maintained by Deepak Raj Dandu. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our mobile application and website (https://visuals.deepakrajdandu.in).

1. Information We Collect

Lumina AI Wallpapers is built with privacy-first principles. We do not collect personal identifying information (such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or photos) when you browse or download wallpapers.

• Anonymous Usage & Analytics: We may collect non-identifiable app metrics (such as crash logs, app performance, and popular wallpaper download counts) to improve stability and content delivery.
• Local Preferences: Your wallpaper favorites, download preferences, and auto-changer settings are stored strictly locally on your device using Android DataStore / Room Database.

2. Device Permissions and Why We Need Them

Lumina requests only the minimum permissions necessary for its core functionality:

• SET_WALLPAPER: Required to apply wallpapers directly to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or both.
• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to fetch 4K wallpapers from our cloud repository and verify network connectivity.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: (Android 13+) Used optionally to notify you when high-resolution 4K wallpaper downloads complete.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE & RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Used solely by the Auto-Wallpaper Changer feature if you choose to enable automated wallpaper rotation.

Note on Photos & Media: Lumina does not request or access your private photos or gallery (`READ_MEDIA_IMAGES`). Wallpapers are saved cleanly via the standard Android MediaStore API.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All wallpapers provided through Lumina are curated digital artworks generated utilizing advanced AI creative tools. Content is reviewed prior to publication to ensure it complies with family-friendly and copyright safety standards.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services: Core application infrastructure. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: May display non-intrusive banner or interstitial advertisements. AdMob Privacy & Terms
• Firebase: Crashlytics and performance telemetry. Firebase Privacy Policy

5. Children's Privacy

Our service is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it.

6. Security of Your Data

We value your trust. Any communication between the Lumina Android App and our content delivery API uses secure HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption to safeguard your network requests.
